gassProductions delivered full video production, live broadcast and post-production services for Bridgepoint’s Capital Markets Day at Park Plaza London Riverbank. The event required simultaneous coverage across two separate rooms, each with its own bespoke filming setup. Despite the complexity, we ensured a consistent broadcast standard throughout.

Production Overview

Both rooms were operated as full three-camera vision-mixed studios — adapted to suit the layout of each space. The live programme included camera feeds, branded slides, VT playback and synced programme audio. Because we built redundancy into the system using dual encoders, bonded networks and cloud switching, delivery remained uninterrupted throughout the event.

Live Streaming & Rapid Playback

We streamed both rooms to Chime via RTMP, while simultaneously recording to Vimeo. As a result, we delivered an embedded playback link to Bridgepoint within one hour of the event finishing — enabling fast stakeholder sharing.

Post-Event Content

In addition to the live streams, we produced top and tail edits for 16 individual session recordings. Each session included branded title slides and outro graphics for on-demand use across Bridgepoint’s content platforms.

Cinematic Highlights

To enhance the deliverables further, a dedicated highlights operator captured UHD cinematic footage using a gimbal and prime lenses. The edited reels are being completed in-house by the client; however, gassProductions remains available to support on future creative outputs.
