Session Coverage

We captured every presentation in full using a single-camera setup across both the main stage and breakout spaces. As a result, Avature received a complete archive of high-quality session content.

In post-production, we edited the footage into individual, polished session videos — ideal for on-demand or internal use.

On-Site Podcast Production

In addition, we designed and delivered a dedicated podcast recording space within the venue. Using a three-camera configuration, we captured high-quality podcast conversations without disrupting the event workflow.

Green Screen Testimonial Station

We also deployed a green screen testimonial booth, providing a branded and flexible space for capturing spontaneous customer interviews throughout the event. This gave Avature a valuable source of post-event marketing content.

Event Highlights

A separate operator captured UHD highlight footage based on a detailed brief from the client. Consequently, the final content showcased the energy, branding and atmosphere of the event — ready to support future promotion.
